Company
Profile
APEX
VEHICLE REPAIR CENTRE LTD was incorporated in
April 1994 to meet the growing demand for professional
car body repairers in the Thames Valley at that
time.
Wholly
and equally owned by the same two directors who
founded the company, Trevor Prince and Jonathan
Bryce, Apex was based on a vision of a bodyshop
run with honesty and integrity. Firmly established
for nearly sixteen years, we have a solid reputation
for professionalism, quality repairs, excellent
communication skills, an understanding of customers'
needs based on experience and a strong focus on
customer service and care. |
|

|
| |
|
|
|
|
| Within
that time, Apex has received many awards and accolades,
such as Small Business of the Year, RMI QC, BS EN
ISO 9001:2000 and our latest accreditation, the
PAS125:2007 Kitemark, awarded by the British Standards
Institute. |

References
I am writing to let you
know that I was very, very pleased with
the service I received from Apex Vehicle
Repair. Although it was only a minor
piece of work, it was carried out with conscientious
professionalism. This, coupled with
the cheerful, helpful people I encountered
when dealing with Apex over the phone, made
for a very pleasant experience overall.
This unfortunately is a rare occurrence
when dealing with garage repairs, if only
more people took at leaf out of the Apex
book!' (A Powell. Hewlett Packard)

'Your
help and kindness after my accident was
really beyond the call of duty, and the
care you have given to the restoration of
my VW has been first class. I recommend
you to everyone' (C Cheatham)
'I just wanted to let you know what
a fantastic job Sarah and Lyn are doing.
They could not have been more helpful. They
were always friendly and professional and
never once failed to phone me back when
asked to - in fact most of the time pro-actively
telephoned me with progress.
When you've had an accident it's already
upsetting and a lot of hassle - Sarah and
Lyn did their utmost to ensure that with
Apex at least, any further trouble was minimised
and I knew their advice could be relied
upon.
Please pass on my thanks once again, and
I just wanted to email you to ensure they
get the recognition they so thoroughly deserve.'

'And
thank YOU for not giving me a single complaint
in the whole time you have carried out
work on our behalf. You should get an
award. If all repairers dealt with repairs
in the same way as your company had, I
would most definitely be out of a job'
(J Barnetson, Albany Assistance)
'It
is good to know we have such a professional
and caring garage in Reading' (M Renault,
Ensure)
'Apex
always provide a wonderful service' (M
Ward, Hitachi Capital)
